This was also discussed in- <br />formally by the City Planning Con~ission and they indicated that <br />the subdivision will create three parcels of land, none of which <br />will comply with the requirements of the ordinance. <br /> <br />While Mr. Illg has the right to request a variance from the City <br />Council, we feel that the request in all likelihood will be denied. <br />Therefore, we have suggested he purchase the property and not file <br />the deed but rather work out with you a solution to pay his equitable <br />share of the taxes. <br /> <br />I don't know of any other way that you could proceed.
