WHere ~he project size and complexity of.review ar~,deemed <br /> by the Organization to be extraordinary and substantia%, the <br /> Organization may charge a fee for such review services, the amount <br /> to be based upon direct and indirect costs attributable 'to that <br /> portion of review services' determined by the Organization to be <br /> extraordinary and substantial. Where the Organization determines <br /> that a fee will be charged for extraordinary and substantial <br /> review services, the party'to be charged shall receive written <br /> <br /> notice from the Organization of the-services to be performed and <br /> I the fee therefor, prior to-~ndertaking~such review services. <br /> <br /> IUnless the party to be charged objects within fifteeh (15) days of <br /> <br /> - receipt of such written notice to the amount of the fee to be <br /> charged, such review services shall be/performed and the party~ <br /> <br /> I shall be responsible for the cost thereof.
