While not <br />all driveways would need a driveway culvert, those lots which presently may <br />cause potential flooding problems should be required to install driveway <br />culverts. The lot abutting 153rd Avenue N.W. and <br />County Road No. 56 which does not have a driveway entering onto 153rd Avenue <br />N.W. would be assessed for one-half unit. <br /> <br />The benfited area is shown on Exhibit A. <br /> <br /> <br />
