The purpose of the hearing is to consider <br />the request of Mr. Dennis Leeseberg to construct an accessory building <br />larger than permitted by City Ordinance Section 170.014B, Section I. <br /> <br /> The property is generally known as 17150 Baugh Street NW, <br />Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 and is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The South 200 feat of the North 833 feet of the East <br />4t6 feet of the E½ of the NW~ of Section 7, Township <br />32, Range 25 in Anoka County, Minnesota as measured <br />along the East and North lines of said E½ of the NW~. <br />Subject to an easement for road purposes over the East <br />66 feet thereof. <br /> <br /> Ail interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and <br />comment on the variance request. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the <br />Ramsey Board of Adjustment, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, Minnesota <br />55303.
