I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKACOUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A public hearing regarding Issuance of Industrial Revenue Bond to Prestressed <br />Concrete for improvements was called to order by Mayor Gamec at 7:35 p.m. <br />on Tuesday, April 26, 1983 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Sue Van Wagner <br />Councilmember Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Jeanne Schlueter <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Lloyd Schnelle <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Building Official Clayton Berg <br />Reporter Carolyn Thompson <br /> <br />Mr. Ralph L. McGinley, Vice President, Dougherty, Dawkins, Strand and Yost - <br />was present representing Prestress Concrete. Mr. McGinley introduced Beth <br />Granger, President of Prestress, and Bill Soukup, Executive Vice President of <br />Prestress, 4o Council and audience. Mr. McGinley stated that issuance of <br />these industrial bonds would be economically advantageous for-the City of <br />Ramsey and that the bonds will be guaranteed by a letter of credit from First <br />State Bank of Anoka. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich noted that if Council takes any action tonight, it would <br />be for preliminary approval. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />adjourn the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueter and Van Wagner.
