I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of <br />Ramsey will meet in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at <br />7:30 P.M. on June 14, 1983, to consider sealcoating improvement on the <br />following streets: <br /> <br />a) 163rd Avenue N.W. between the line of Okapi Street N.W. <br />and the east plat boundary of Soodlawn Estates. <br /> <br />b) 164th Circle between the line of Marmoset STreet NoW. <br />west to its.end at the cul de Sac. <br /> <br />c) 164th Avenue N.W. between the line of Okapi Street N.W. <br />and the west plat boundary of Woodlawn Estates. <br /> <br />d) 164th Lane N.W. between the line of Okapi Street NoW. <br />and Marmoset Street N.W. <br /> <br />e) Marmoset STreet N.W. between the line of 163rd Avenue <br />N.W. and the north plat boundary of Woodlawn Estates. <br /> <br />f) Okapi Street N.W. between the line of 163rd Avenue N.W. <br />and 164th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.011 to 429.111. The area pro- <br />posed to be assessed for such improvement is the property abutting on such <br />streets listed above. <br /> <br />The estimated cost of such improvement is $8,070.00. <br /> <br /> Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the pro- <br />posed improvement will be heard at this meeting. <br /> <br />DATED: May 31, 1983 <br /> <br />Lloyd G.
