The Council Personnel Committee met on June 6, 1983 and reviewed the contents contained in Exhibit "A" which is forwarded'to Council under separate cover. The Personnel Committee recommends that Council hire Kathleen Johnson at the salary indicated ih enclosure (D2-a). This enclosure contains the proposed resolution Council will need to adopt and the Personnel Committee meeting minutes of June 6, 1983. This is a major item that needs to be addressed and probably shouldn't be done at a special Council meeting, however, this was published on the agenda in the official City newspaper, so this can be acted on at this meeting. Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of ~ above request. If Council denies the request, you should state your reasons.
