:1 I I I I I I I I NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Ramsey will meet in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:50 P.M. on June 14, 1983, to consider sealcoating improvement on the Eollowing streets: a) 153rd Lane N.W. between the line of the east plat boundary of Whispering Pines Estates and Iguana Street N.W. b) 154th Avenue N.W. between the east plat boundary of Whispering Pines Estates and Iguana Street N.W. c) 154th Lane N.W. between the east plat boundary of Whispering Pines Estates and to the west plat boundary of Whispering Pines Estates at the cul de sac. d) 155th Lane N.W. between the east plat boundary of Whispering Pines Estates and Nutria Street N.W. e) 156th Lane N.W. between the east plat boundary of Whispering Pines Estates to its end at;:the cul de sac. f) Iguana Street N.W. between the line of 153rd Avenue N.W. and 154th Lane N.W. g) Jackel Street N.W. between the line of 153rd 'Avenue N.W. and 154th Lane N.W. h) Eangaroo Street N.W. between the line of 153rd Avenue N.W. and 154th Lane N.W. i) Marmoset Street N.W. between the line of 153rd Avenue N.W. and 156th Lane N.W. j) Nutria Street N.W. between the line of 153rd Avenue N.W. and 154th Lane N.W. k) Okapi Street N.W. between the line of 153rd Avenue N.W. and 154th Lane N.W. 1) Nutria Street N.W. between the line of 155th Lane N.W. and 156th Lane N.W. pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.011 to 429.111. The area pro- posed to be assessed for such improvement is the property abutting on such streets listed above. The estimated cost of such improvement is $20,855.00.
