:1 <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of <br />Ramsey will meet in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at <br />7:50 P.M. on June 14, 1983, to consider sealcoating improvement on the <br />Eollowing streets: <br /> <br />a) 153rd Lane N.W. between the line of the east plat <br />boundary of Whispering Pines Estates and Iguana Street <br />N.W. <br /> <br />b) 154th Avenue N.W. between the east plat boundary of <br />Whispering Pines Estates and Iguana Street N.W. <br /> <br />c) 154th Lane N.W. between the east plat boundary of <br />Whispering Pines Estates and to the west plat boundary <br />of Whispering Pines Estates at the cul de sac. <br /> <br />d) 155th Lane N.W. between the east plat boundary of <br />Whispering Pines Estates and Nutria Street N.W. <br /> <br />e) 156th Lane N.W. between the east plat boundary of <br />Whispering Pines Estates to its end at;:the cul de sac. <br /> <br />f) Iguana Street N.W. between the line of 153rd Avenue <br />N.W. and 154th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />g) Jackel Street N.W. between the line of 153rd 'Avenue <br />N.W. and 154th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />h) Eangaroo Street N.W. between the line of 153rd Avenue <br />N.W. and 154th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />i) Marmoset Street N.W. between the line of 153rd Avenue <br />N.W. and 156th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />j) Nutria Street N.W. between the line of 153rd Avenue <br />N.W. and 154th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />k) Okapi Street N.W. between the line of 153rd Avenue <br />N.W. and 154th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />1) Nutria Street N.W. between the line of 155th Lane <br />N.W. and 156th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.011 to 429.111. The area pro- <br />posed to be assessed for such improvement is the property abutting on such <br />streets listed above. <br /> <br />The estimated cost of such improvement is $20,855.00. <br /> <br /> <br />
