i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />:i <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKACOUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of <br />Ramsey will meet in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at <br />8:00 P.M. on June 14, 1983, to consider sealcoating improvement on the <br />following streets: <br /> <br />a) 151st Lane N.W. between the line of Chameleon Street <br />N.W. and Alpaca Street N.W. <br /> <br />b) 152nd Lane N.W. between the line of County Road #83 <br />(Armstrong Blvd. N.W.) to the east plat boundary of <br />Greenland Hills Plat 92. <br /> <br />c) Chameleon Street N.W. between the line of 151st Lane <br />N.W. and 152nd Lane N.W. <br /> <br />d) Alpaca STreet N.W. from 151st Lane N.W. north to its <br />end at the cul de sac. <br /> <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.011 to 429.111. The area pro- <br />posed to be assessed for such improvement is the property abutting on such <br />streets listed above. <br /> <br />The estimated cost of such improvement is $5,503.00. <br /> <br /> Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the pro- <br />posed improvement will be heard at this meeting. <br /> <br />DATED: May 31, 1983 <br /> <br />Lloyd G.
