The Planning
Commission is addressing the entire Council on this item rather
than asking just one or two Councilpeople or Staff as to why certain
action was taken by the entire Council. The specific actions that
'we are interested in are the following:

l) Why item #4 (exception to the process of subdividing
by platting) in the findings of fact was deleted.

2) Why financial hardship is cause for any action by
the City.

3) If the City Staff, not Mr. Gilbertson, determined
the adequacy of his on-site septic systems.

Sincerely,

CITY OF RAMSEY
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION

Kenneth Peterson
Chairman

KP:pjc
