The Council of the City of Anoka hereby <br />authorizes the City of Anoka to enter into a joint powers <br />agreement between the County of Anoka, the City of Ramsey, and <br />the City of Anoka, for the purposes of development of a pilot <br />project in the Ramsey Landfill site to convert methane gas into <br />energy which may be utilized for industrial expansion. Said <br />joint powers agreement.shall be in the form approved by the <br />Council in conjunction with the passage of this ordinance and the <br />City Manager and the Mayor are hereby authorized to sign said <br />joint powers agreement on behalf of the City of Anoka. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after <br />passage and publication. <br /> <br /> <br />
