Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the !~' ~ ~~ Council Personnel Committee's recommendation. If you disapprove, I ' you should give direction as to what course of action you want taken in the form of a motion. CASE #6: PUBLIC UTILITY ASSESSMENT ORDINANCE (SANITARY SEWER, WATER, STORM SEWER, ETC.) RECONSIDERATION: ~__.~ ................ Council, at their meeting of May 31, 1983, directed City Staff to review other alternative approaches in the reconsideration of the City's assessment policy and report back the findings at the June 28, 1983 Council meeting. Accordingly, enclosure (D2-f) contains the Staff's and Ad Hoc Sewer Committee's recommendations to Council. Council Action: Your action will be to. approve/disapprove of City ~ ~ the Ad Hoc Sewer Committee's recommendations. If you approve of the recommendations as contained in-the above enclosure, you will have to adopt a motion amending Ordinance#83-4 which will reflect said recommendations. The following proposed motions are hereby submitted for your consideration: Motion approving recommendations: Motion by and seconded by to adopt Ordinance #83- amending City Code Chapter 170.O3 entitled Subdivision, - of the City Code. Sections 179.O39 179.0316 It is further directed that this Ordinance be published in summary form in the official newspaper, the Anoka County Union and Shopper.
