Minnesota 55101 RESOLUTION'NO. 82-1o2 RESOLUTION ADOPTING COUNCIL FINDINGS FOR REVIEW OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN I i I I I I I I I I I I I I i WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council is authorized, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 473.145, to prepare and adopt a comprehehsive development 'guide for the Metropolitan Area and the Council has adopted such a development guide; and WHEREAS,. the Metropolitan Council is authorized, pursuant to Minnesota' 'Statutes, Section. 473.175 and 473.851 through 473.866,' the ° Metropolitan Land Planning Act,' to review the comprehensive local govenmental Units to determine their compatibility withlansp of each other, conformity with metropolitan system plans, and apparent consistency with the adopted chapters of the Metropolitan Development Guide; and \. WHEREAS, the City of Ramsay has submitted its comprehensive plan to the Metropolitan Council for review pursuant 'to Minnesota Statutes, Section 473.175; and the Metropolitan Council has studied and reviewed the Ramsay~ Comprehensive Plan .and has determined whether the Plan is in conformity with the metropolitan system plans, compatible' with local comprehensive plans and-school capital improvement programs., and apparently consistent with other adopted chapters of the Metropolitan Development Guide. WHEREAS, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: THAT the Metropolitan Council adopt the attached Ramsey Comprehensive Plan review report, Referral Report No. 81-243, and the reconTnendations- found on pages 14 and 15 of the report as its' review of the Ramsey Comprehensive Plan pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 473.175.
