Councilmember Rdimann introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption ! RESOLUTION ~82v91 m m m RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE CITY OF RAMSEY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey did on October 14, 19B1, submit to the Metropolitan Council copies of the Ramsey Comprehensive Plan for review. 9nd subsequently did submit revisions adopted by the City Council on January 4, 1982 and March 29, 1982; and W)~REAS, the Metropolitan Council, on its authority under Section 473.175 of the Metropolitan Land Planning Act, did conduct said review; and m I m I I I WHEREAS, on May 27, 1982, the Metropolitan Council adopted Resolution ~82-102 which adopted recommendations of the Physical Development Committee regarding the Rs~usey Comprehensive Plan; and WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council recommendations stated that no modifications are required as authorized by Minnesota Statutues Section 473.175, Subd. 1; and WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Land Planning Act 473.864, Subd. 1, pro- vides that each governmental unit shall adopt its comprehensive plan within nine months of a final decision by the Metropolitan Council. NOWTHEREFORE, BE IT RJESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, AIqOKA COUP, STATE OF MINNESOTA, to h~reby adopt its comprehensive plan with no modifications. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, Van Wagner, Cox and Sorteberg and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 22nd day of June, 1982. .
