The specific area of concern
addressed in this report is located west of Erkium Street N.W. on Lots l, 2 and
3 of Block 9, Ford Brook Estates. The natural outlet for the benefited area is
Ford Brook. However, due to siltation and buildup of vegetation, the natural
drainage course has been obstructed. During the spring thaw and periods of
heavy rainfall, runoff accumulates on the back side of lots 1, 2 and 3, Block
9, and rising water levels cause problems with existing on-site wastewater
disposal systems.

-l -
