However, prior to proceeding with the project, the City should contact <br />Burns Township and enter into an agreement with them to share the costs of the <br />project. We would also recommend, due to the size of the project, that the <br />City utilize unused street funds from the 1981 Ford Brook Street Project. <br /> <br />This would reduce the engineering and administrative costs by approximately <br />$1,000.00. <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br /> <br />
