I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />June 7, 1983 <br /> <br />The Mayor and Council Members <br />The Chairman of the Economic Development Commission <br />City 6f Ramsey <br /> <br />After much deliberation, I respectfully resign from <br />the Economic Development Commission and the Ad Hoc <br />Sewer Committee. <br /> <br />I believe the city can appoint someone to these positions <br />whose philosophy would be in line with that of the more <br />vocal Ramsey residents who appear to be controlling the <br />direction of the city at this time. Hopefully this <br />party will have more time available to attend meetings <br />which never address the subjects that are on the agenda. <br /> <br />My hope is that Ramsey will soon find some overall <br />direction rather than going in circles as it is now. It <br />is vital that any city with a future have some basic <br />plan and not deviate in any one direction too much from <br />that plan if they are to become a vital city of to- <br />morrow. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br /> <br />
