Improvement BOnds of ~.983 City of ~msey, Minnesota Dear Charlie: The City.of Ramsey is undertaking the following special assessment improvement projects, the majority of which will be specially assessed to the benefited I landowners. The City would like to sell bonds to finance these improvements. Project 83-01 is an MSA project. The City's share of this project is $26,000.00 of which 20% will be assessed to the benefited landowners. I Project 83-15 is a bituminous street improvement which will be assessed 100% to the benefited landowners. I I In addition to the total construction and overhead costs, the City Administrator feels there will be a need for capitalized interest to meet the 1984 bond payments.
