Accordingly, upon investigation of these complaints
we have found that you are still in violation of the City Codes referenced above.
Mr. Lloyd G. Schnelle, City Administrator for the City of Ramsey, sent you a
notice of abatement dated June 8, 1982, citing the above referenced City Code
violations. Specifically, your property contains unlicensed vehicles and other
materials which violate the zoning ordinance and must be removed.

Secondly, you are in violation of the City's Weed Ordinance 110.14.

This letter is to advise you that if corrective action as outlined above is
not taken within ten (10)' days of receipt of this letter, it will be necessary
for me to bring action in court in order to see compliance from you with re-
gard to these zoning violations.

If you have any questions on the above, please do not hesitate to give me a
call. I have enclosed excerpts from the City Codes for your information.

Sincerely,

CITY OF RAMSEY

William K.
