'i)'"'Alli~d B19pk~9~ Company 2) Buffalo Bituminous 3) Midwest Paving & Recycling Total Bid $41,679.70 $42,943.50 $48,199.60 AND WHEREAS, it appears that Allied Blacktop Company is the lowest responsible bidder. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) The Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk are'hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Allied Blacktop Company in the name of the City of Ramsey for the sealcoating improvement of the projects / listed above according to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the Ramsey City Council and on file in the office of the City Administrator/ Clerk. 2) The City Administrator/Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be· retained until a contract has been signed. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember $orteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Schlueter and Reimann and the following voted against the same: ~kDne Page 3 of 4 Resolution #83-116
