However, the Grosslein Warehouse more than
made up for the needed valuation.

Mr. Randy Norcross of ~'~1 - 168th Avenue NW has made no effort to
relocate bis dri_veway as required the last time I checked. I will,
however, continue to'remind him of his Obligations.

Prior to my going on vacation, some tests were made on both the static
and residual water pressures at-City Hall and it was determined that
there was a problem somewhere. On Tuesday, July 12, 1983, Mr. Terry
Johnson of Johnson Plumbing came out and after some disassembly we
found a large piece of plaster and some plaster tubing almost entirely
blocking th'e 2% inch main feeder line coming from the pressure tank.
(Pictures will be available at the meeting.) The degree of difficulty
involved in removing these items makes it almost certain that they were
in the tank at the time it was installed. However, there would be no
way to prove it. This is what has caused our problems with our sprinkler
system over the past years.

I've yet to hear from Dickensons in regards to their proposed expansion
since my return. It would seem that the urgency of Dickeson's request
was not what they indicated. While the added jobs would be nice, what
they have proposed does not comply with the requirements of the State
Building Code.

I have contacted Anoka County in regards to the ingress/egress for Faith
Baptist Church of Ramsey and they h~ve informed me that they will allow
only one driveway which will be located on County Road #5 as far to the
northwest as feasible. I concur with their requirements as that is what
I originally told Reverend Reed I felt would be approved.

Permits Issued/July

Valuation Permit Fee Surcharge

A.
