Case //13: Dickenson-Industrial Building Expansion - This will <br /> _ / ,.~ x~ ~.~.~ coming befor-V---~-~-Coun~il. At this time all we have is a preliminary set <br />I ~ of plans and we dO'not have any site and design plans. Building Official <br />. ~ ~x~ Berg has noted in a ~urso'ry review gf the preliminary building plans that <br /> ~ ~ they will probably need Board of'Adjustment action regarding building set- <br /> · ~ ~- back. Further, they will probably need to acquire an easement from Pre- <br />· 7~ ~ stressed Concrete because they want to place the building closer to the <br /> '~ ~ property line than the Code allows. They will also need the easement to <br /> · c~,{5 ~'~i meet fire safety code. They want to start construction as soon as possible, <br /> J I~ ~ however, at this time Building Official Berg does not have signed archi- <br /> ~q~'Y'xb~.: tec, tural plans f. rom Dickenson. ~ff-~4~ <br /> I ~~: Your action will be to grant approval to start construc- <br /> ..... '~ ~'ion based on the preliminary plans. Further, you will have to have a <br /> ~ consensus of the Council regarding the granting of a setback variance. <br />I ..k~q /~? D-3 COUNCIL NEW BUSINESS <br /> /,,'""N <br />I / '~, ~/ "~b~Case //13: Peclarin~ Outlot "A" of Countryside Estates a Buildable <br />I ~ ~ Lot- Andr~'-a~.a Doro'thy Brinda who own Outlot "A" in Countryside E-state>_~~'~'- <br /> '~ /I ~ requesting~t~h~t it be declared a buildable lot. Building <br />. ~: / I Berg states that thhe.~bove outlot meets all of the requirem~t~ for a <br />I ~/ I buildable lot for a re~~i dwelling. ~ <br /> I ~ Further, the above stated lot'~..not servi~s a drainage holding area. <br />· EiSI I In view of the above and the Buil~ki~g~ficial's statement, it is recom- <br />· "~/ I mended that the Council declare~ve outlot as a buildable R-1 lot. <br /> ..~ ~ The lots in this development~a~e one acr~-~.ots and this lot will contain <br />· q~i I approximately 3.6 acres'~ to en~ure (D3-h) for the pro- <br />.
