At this time all we have is a preliminary set I ~ of plans and we dO'not have any site and design plans. Building Official . ~ ~x~ Berg has noted in a ~urso'ry review gf the preliminary building plans that ~ ~ they will probably need Board of'Adjustment action regarding building set- · ~ ~- back. Further, they will probably need to acquire an easement from Pre- · 7~ ~ stressed Concrete because they want to place the building closer to the '~ ~ property line than the Code allows. They will also need the easement to · c~,{5 ~'~i meet fire safety code. They want to start construction as soon as possible, J I~ ~ however, at this time Building Official Berg does not have signed archi- ~q~'Y'xb~.: tec, tural plans f. rom Dickenson. ~ff-~4~ I ~~: Your action will be to grant approval to start construc- .....
