D-3 COUNCIL NEW BUSINESS b) Case ~/13: Declarin~ Outlot "A" of Countryside Estates a Buildable ~ LX~_~- And~e-~n-~--~orothy Brinda who own Outlot "A" in Countryside Estates a"re requesting that it be declared a buildable lot. Building Official Berg sta]es that the above outlot meets all of the requirements for a buildable lot for a residential dwelling. Further, the above stated lot is not serving as a drainage holding area. ~ ' In view of the above and the Building Official's statement, it is recom- mended that the Council declare the above outlot as a buildable R-1 lot. The lots in this development are one acre lots and this lot will contain approximately 3.6 acres. Please refer to enclosure (D3-h) for the pro- posed resolution and property location map.
