FINAl, DE\rELOP~X~{~T PLz%~ SPECIFICATIONS The final development plan filed with the zoning officer shall contain in final form a].l of the information required in the preliminary devel- opment plan. ]:] NI)INGS RIiQUI RED The findings necessary for approva] of the preliminary and final devel- opment plans shall be based on the following and describe in what res- pect th'e plan would or would not be in the public interest. 1. The plan is not in conflict with the Ramsey Comprehensive Plan, as amended. 2. The plan is designed to form a desirable and unified development within its own boundaries. 3- Tha proposed uses will not be detrimental to present and future land uses in the surrounding area. 4. Any exceptions to the standard requirements of the zoning and subdivision ordinances are justified by the design of the develop- ment.
