A PUD essentially says
what the land will be used for and includes a timetable for those concepts.

Mr. Dorn stated that the lower 55 acres has already been zoned for a golf course
and the upper 90 acres has prelimary plat approval as ~ acre lots. Considering
the area as a whole, it would make more sense to develop an 18 hole course and
develop 20-25 residential, lots because there is land and vehicle available to
do so. Mr. Dorn noted that it would be economically feasible for the owners of
upper 90 acres to donate enough land to develop an 18 hole course and still
develop enough residential lots to make a resonable profit on their original
investment.

Sp P & Z/July 12, 1983
Page i of 4
