Policy No'..: PE 3655 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Schnelle: .... <br /> <br />Please be advised that Western Wo. rld Insurance COmpany, Inc. is.currently <br />in receipt of a Sumpns and Complaint in the above captioned matter pending <br />in the Tenth Judicial District Court, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota. <br />The Summons and Complaint bears Docket No. B-52762. A review of the Sumons <br />and Complaint alleges that the plaintiff has been slandered, libeled, had <br />publication printed relating to her libel and slander and had her right of <br />privacy violated. Furthermore, the plaintiff alleges that due to the <br />actions of the defendants, she has suffered stress of mind and mental <br />anguish causing her health to be affected and causing her to incur medical <br />expenses. It is from these allegations that this matter emanates and <br />flows. <br /> <br />Please be advised that Western World Insurance Company, Inc. is the Public <br />Officials Liability Insurance carrier for the City of Ramsey and its public <br />officials under Policy PE 3655, issued for policy,period of 10/28/82 to <br />10/28/83 subject to the provisions and exclusions of said policy. <br /> <br />I refer you to IV. EXCLUSIONS... <br /> <br />The Company shall not be liable to make payment for Loss in connection <br />with any claim made against the Insureds allegedly, based upon or <br />arising out of any one or more of the following:' <br /> <br />(5) (a) any damages, whether direct, indirect or consequential, <br />arising from, or caused by, bodily injury, personal injury, sickness, <br />disease or death; <br /> <br />(6) (b) defamation, including, but not limited to libel or slander; <br /> <br /> (c) a publication or utterance in the course of or related to <br />advertising, broadcasting or telecasting activities conducted by or on <br />behalf of the Public Entity; <br /> <br /> (d) wrongful entry or eviction or other invasion of the right of <br />private occupancy;" <br /> <br /> <br />
