Said real estate contracts are legally recorded against effected properties. In <br />order to make necessary amendments to these contracts, Anoka County (property record manager) is requiring a <br />formal resolution be passed by the City. <br />The purpose of this case is adopt a formal resolution (outlining the motions the Council passed on <br />02/08/2016) for recording purposes. <br />NOTE: specifically, this resolution outlines the construction commencement date change within McDonald's deed <br />from 02/2016 to 09/2016 (completion date remains the same).
