EXHIBIT B <br />AGREEMENT <br />City, State: Ramsey, Minnesota <br />Address: 7994 Sunwood Drive NW <br />L/C: 022-0575 <br />AGREEMENT TO MODIFY RESTRICTION CONTAINED IN DEED <br />This AGREEMENT TO MODIFY RESTRICTION CONTAINED IN DEED ("Agreement") is dated <br />, 2016 between THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, a public body corporate and politic under the laws of the State of Minnesota <br />("Grantor"), and McDONALD'S USA, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Grantee"). The following <br />statements are a material part of this Amendment: <br />A. Grantee is the owner of the property legally described on Exhibit A attached (the <br />"Property"). <br />B. Grantor transferred title to the Property to Grantee by Quit Claim Deed dated <br />February 26, 2014 filed on March 3, 2014 as Document No. 522138.002 with the <br />Examiner of Titles in Anoka County, Minnesota (the "Deed"). <br />C.
