We are requesting <br />that the agreements be amended to allow for the 1 year extension without any additional <br />changes. <br />With the modification of the Development Agreement, we do understand that if we ultimately <br />decide not to purchase the Phase 11 Parcel, we will be responsible for the dollar amount <br />previously estimated for the temporary cul-de-sac construction. <br />We very much look forward to continue our working relationship with you and the City of <br />Ramsey on this project. <br />Sincerely, <br />GS Land, LLC <br />Steve Gerster <br />Chief Manager <br />
