7. CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS City of Ramsey Improvement Project 16-36 proposes to construct pond capacity and outlet improvements for the regional stormwater pond serving Business Park 95. The engineer's opinion of probable costs for the proposed improvement project is $332,500. All project costs are proposed to be financed using Stormwater Management and Stormwater Utility Funds. It is the recommendation of City staff that City Project No. 16-36 is feasible, necessary, and cost- effective from an engineering standpoint. Staff further recommends that the improvements as proposed be constructed as a stand-alone project in 2016 to fulfill the requirements of the Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization permit as approved for the 2015 Dedicated Networks expansion project, and to allow for future business expansion projects within the Business Park 95 development.
