CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Strommen called the City Council Work Session to order at 5:43 p.m. <br />2. TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br />2.01: Discuss Agreements between City of Ramsey and McDonalds USA LLC <br />Asst. City Administrator/Economic Development Manager Brama reviewed the staff report and <br />the proposed amended terms of the agreements between the City of Ramsey and McDonalds. He <br />stated that in order to move forward in the specified timeframe, McDonalds is considering their <br />original model and approved Site Plan as well as another model which would be a multi -tenant <br />building where McDonald's would be the main tenant and there would also be space for another <br />tenant. He noted that the second option would require a new Site Plan to be approved. <br />Councilmember Kuzma asked the representatives from McDonalds to provide information on <br />their construction plans, specifically whether construction would begin in September. <br />Missy Schmidt, representing McDonalds, confirmed that construction would need to start by <br />September 1st.
