8. MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />8.01: Update on Strategic Plan and Status of Action Items <br />City Administrator Ulrich provided an update on the Strategic Plan and the status of the action <br />items, noting that many of the items were addressed in the State of the City Address. He noted <br />that the Council will review and discuss the Strategic Plan at a March work session. He <br />announced upcoming meetings and events. <br />Councilmember Shryock advised of the upcoming Youth First Community Promise event, the <br />Mayor's Prayer Breakfast, which will be Friday, April 1st at Lord of Life Church. <br />Councilmember LeTourneau congratulated everyone for the current standing of the City and <br />commended Mayor Strommen for her State of the City Address. He asked if the video portion <br />and print portion could also be made available on the City website. <br />Mayor Strommen advised that the text version would be posted on the City website the following <br />day and noted that perhaps a video option could be made available as well. She stated that the <br />Mayor's Trail Ride was canceled this past weekend. <br />9.
