Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #16-03-052 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR INFLOW AND INFILTRATION PROGRAM; <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #16-65 <br />WHEREAS, the City contracted Bolton & Menk to prepare plans and specifications for <br />the purpose of bidding the proposed 2016 Inflow and Infiltration Program; Improvement Project <br />#16-65. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) The City Council hereby approves final plans and specifications as prepared by Bolton and <br />Menk with reference to the 2016 Inflow and Infiltration Program; Improvement Project <br />#16-65, and authorizes the advertisement of bids for the same improvements. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 8th day of March 2016. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #16-03-052 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
