Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #16-03-047 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A BEEKEEPING LICENSE ON A RESIDENTIAL <br />PROPERTY GENERALLY KNOWN AS 4720 155TH LANE NW. <br />WHEREAS, Everett Carder, hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee" has properly applied <br />to the City of Ramsey (the "City") for a Beekeeping License on the property generally known as <br />4720 155th Lane NW and legally described as follows: <br />Lot 7, Block 1, Stanhope River Hills, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />("Subject Property") <br />WHEREAS, the request appears to meet or exceed all conditions outlined in the <br />Ramsey City Code pertaining to beekeeping; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council met on March 8, 2016 to review the request for a <br />Beekeeping License. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That a Beekeeping License is hereby granted to Licensee to maintain honeybees on the <br />Subject Property. <br />2. That the Licensee shall comply with all provisions of Ramsey City Code Section 10-1(f). <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 8th day of March, 2016. <br />
