Councilmember Kuzma introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #16-02-041 RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL OF NORTHFORK ALPINE ADDITION WHEREAS, Double T, LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for preliminary plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Lots 4 & 5, MEADOW, Anoka County, Minnesota (the "Subject Property") WHEREAS, on December 2, 2015, the City received an Application for Sketch Plan (Major Plat) from the Developer; and and WHEREAS, on January 7, 2016, the Planning Commission reviewed the Sketch Plan; WHEREAS, on January 7, 2016, the City received an Application for Preliminary Plat (Major Plat) from the Developer; and WHEREAS, the City finds that the Plat does not required an Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) or Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) due to the size of the project and number of lots; and WHEREAS, on February 4, 2016, the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing for the plat known as NORTHFORK ALPINE ADDITION; and WHEREAS, on February 23, 2016, the City Council reviewed the Preliminary Plat. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval to NORTHFORK ALPINE ADDITION in accordance with relevant City Codes contingent upon compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated January 29, 2016, revised February 12, 2016. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Shryock, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Strommen Councilmember Kuzma Councilmember Shryock Councilmember Johns Councilmember LeTourneau Councilmember Riley Councilmember Williams
