Councilmember Kuzma introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #16-02-041 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL OF NORTHFORK <br />ALPINE ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, Double T, LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied <br />for preliminary plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Lots 4 & 5, MEADOW, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />WHEREAS, on December 2, 2015, the City received an Application for Sketch <br />Plan (Major Plat) from the Developer; and <br />and <br />WHEREAS, on January 7, 2016, the Planning Commission reviewed the Sketch Plan; <br />WHEREAS, on January 7, 2016, the City received an Application for Preliminary Plat <br />(Major Plat) from the Developer; and <br />WHEREAS, the City finds that the Plat does not required an Environmental Assessment <br />Worksheet (EAW) or Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) due to the size of the project and <br />number of lots; and <br />WHEREAS, on February 4, 2016, the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing <br />for the plat known as NORTHFORK ALPINE ADDITION; and <br />WHEREAS, on February 23, 2016, the City Council reviewed the Preliminary Plat. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval to NORTHFORK <br />ALPINE ADDITION in accordance with relevant City Codes contingent upon <br />compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated January 29, 2016, revised February <br />12, 2016. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Shryock, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Strommen <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember Shryock <br />Councilmember Johns <br />Councilmember LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Riley <br />Councilmember Williams <br />
