BUILDERS, ~NC., et al <br /> <br />Defendants <br /> <br /> DISTRICT COURT <br />TENTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT <br /> <br />Court File No. T-2562 <br /> <br />STIPULATION BETWEEN <br /> APPLICANTS AND <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />The Applicants hereto and Defendant City of Ramsey stipulate <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />I1. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> i13. <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br />t <br /> <br />Applicants seek to register title to: <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest <br />Quarter, Section 9, Township 32, Range 25 described as <br />follows: <br /> Beginning at a point on the north line of said <br />Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter distant <br />1627.24 feet west f~om the Northeast corner of the <br />Northwest Quarter of said Section 9; thence on an <br />assumed bearing of North 88 degrees 00 minutes 57 <br />seconds West, along said north line, a distance of <br />208.40 feet; thence South 00 degrees 43 minutes 39 <br />seconds West a distance of 800.22 feet; thence South 88 <br />degrees 00 minutes 57 seconds East a distance of 194.46 <br />feet; thence North 1 degree 38 minutes 39 seconds East <br />a distance of 800.01 feet to the point of beginning. <br />(Said Land includes parts of Lots 3, 4, and 5, Block 7, <br />GOLDEN EAGLE ESTATES and part of the County Road No. 63 <br />(173rd Avenue N.W.), as shown on said plat.) <br /> <br />There is presently existing an easement for roadway purposes <br />over the West 33 feet of the hereinabove described property <br />together with an additional easement for roadway purposes <br />over the 33 feet Westerly from the West line of the herein- <br />above described property, said easements being recorded as <br />document numbers 349061 and 349060 respectively at entries <br />75 and 74 respectively in the Abstract of Title to these <br />proceedings. <br /> <br />There is presently existing a roadway, known as Bison <br />Street, the travelled portion thereof having an average road <br />width of 25 feet, at the North end thereof, the Westerly <br />edge of said roadway commencing approximately 33 feet <br /> <br /> <br />
