That ~f in fact a landfill is established in the City of Ramsey pursuant to <br />the 1980 Waste Management Act, that said site include all of the property legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />The South 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, AND <br />the North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25 all <br />in Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> Motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councflmember Reimann. <br /> <br />Upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Arnold Cox <br />Councilmember Sue Van Wagner <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Gary Reimann <br /> <br />The following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this 4th day of August, 1982. <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br /> <br />Councilmember A'rnold C~x~ <br /> <br />· Councilmember Sue Va~ Wagner <br /> <br /> <br />
