Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition: The developer is in the
process of constructing the streets in Phase I of this plat.

Pondvale Estates: There is no change in the status of this plat
since our last report. The developer has until September 1, 1982
to complete the paving on the project.

Alpaca Estates: There is no change in the status of this 'plat since
our last report.

F. Meadowbrook Estates: The developer was granted another six-month
extension for filing the plat at the April 27, 1982 council meeting.

Hy-10 Ramsey: Filing of the final plat expired on July 1, 1982.
I have contacted the developer and he has indicated he would request
another extension.

H. Ramsey Commons: This plat will be in for final approval at your
August 24, 1982 council meeting.

1982 MSAS Project: This project was commenced on August 5, 1982. The
contractor was allowed 90 days to complete the project. Presently, the
east end of the project has been graded to subgrade and the contractor
is waiting for relocation of the gas main prior to installing the storm
sewer.

On the middle section of the road, we encountered soils unsuitable for
road construction. Therefore, the contractor is working on the west
end of the project and will be moving any surplus material towards the
east. It appears we will have to obtain additional granular material
to complete the center section of the street.
