However, w~ do have properties though that are <br /> selling extremely high and consequently would like to have <br /> ~cil address these particular cases. <br /> <br /> Co~cil Action: Your action will be to note that you have <br /> reviewed the above sales ratio and further to give direction <br /> in some cases where there are problems. This will save a lot <br /> of time at the Board of ~view when these people come in to <br /> <br /> b) <br /> <br />complain. <br /> <br />Establish market values on tillable land (informational only) - <br />City Assessor Wirz has gotten back all of his letters on what <br />land is renting for here in Ramsey and according to his calcu- <br />lations, the estimated market values for tillable land will be <br />$375.00 per acre in Ramsey if the Anoka County Assessor will <br />go along with Ramsey. The above will repressnt quite a drop <br />in tillable land valuations for our City.
