a) Ordinance Amending Chapter 170.01 Entitled Zoning, Section 170.014N <br /> Entitled Manufactured Housin~ - <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Cox to <br />adopt Ordinance #82-12 amending of Chapter 170.01 entitled Zoning, Section <br />170o014N, Manufactured Homes, of the City Code. It is directed that this <br />Ordinance be published in the official newspaper, the Anoka County Union, <br />on July 30, 1982. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox and <br />Van Wagner. Voting No: None. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution ~82-107). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox and <br />Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmen%her Reimann. <br /> <br />b) Fire Contract Cost Increase With Anoka - <br /> <br />Council noted letter from the City of Anoka informing the City of Ramsey that <br />our fire call contract rate will be 2/3 of a mill on our 1982 assessed valuation. <br /> <br />Case #5: Sno-Barons Snowmobile Club's Request To Hold 16TH Annual Hay Day Race <br /> <br />And Be Issued A Beer License For The Event: <br /> <br />For action taken in this case, refer to Page 8, paragraph 3, of these minutes. <br /> <br />Case #6: Minnesota Coact (Citizen~ Organization Acting ~ogether) Requiring <br /> Peddlers And Solicitors License: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner to approve of Minnesota COACT to canvas the <br />City during the week of August 2, 1982 to get funding support which will be <br />used on issues dealing with decontrol of natural gas prices, State oil tax <br />and controlling toxic waste. <br /> <br />Motion fails for lack of a second. <br /> <br />C/July 27, 1982 <br />Page 13 <br /> <br /> <br />
