It is <br />my belief that first notice to move said driveway was <br />June 30, 1982. If we had been properly notified be- <br />fore the building permit was issued and construction <br />started we could have easily complied with your request. <br /> <br /> In order to comply now, the driveway will have to cross <br />100' of swamp land as it crosses a large overflowing <br />drainage easement.
