I <br />I <br />i <br />i <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> i <br />i <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />i <br />! <br />i <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #82-103 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING 1982 MID-YEAR BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS TO THE 1982 ANNUAL CITY <br />BUDGET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey's Council Budget Committee has reviewed <br />the contents of the 1982 Mid-Year Budget Adjustments (over and under) to the <br />City of Ramsey's 1982 Annual City Budget which was adopted October 28, 1981 <br />and has directed that it be forwarded to Council for their review and action. <br />The Budget Committee recommended that the proposed 1982 budget amendments be <br />adopted; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, %he' City Council, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of <br />Minnesota, has received the 1982 Mid-Year Budget Adjustments (over and under) <br />to the City of Ramsey's 1982 Annual City Budget which was adopted by the <br />Ramsey City Council on October 28, 1981 which is on file at the Ramsey Munici- <br />pal Center. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUhYI~, <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The City Council hereby approves of the Mid-Year Budget Adjust- <br />ments to the City of Ramsey's 1982 Annual Budget as submitted by the Council's <br />Budget Committee. The Mid-Year Budget Adjustments will be effective as of <br />July 1, 1982. <br /> <br /> 2) It is directed that a certified copy of this Resolution #82'103 <br />be made a part of the original 1982 City Budget. <br /> <br /> 3) It is further directed that the City Accountant be furnished a <br />copy of this resolution. It is also directed that the ~City Accountant take <br />appropriate action on this document. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Cox and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Cox and Sorteberg <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following was absent: <br /> <br />Councilmembe r Re imann <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the 27th day of July, 1982. <br /> <br /> <br />
