Enclosure (D2-a) <br />contains a Federal publication which gives a brief outline of revenue <br />sharing procedures. <br /> <br />Accordingly, your next step is to conduct a budget hearing on proposed <br />uses of the Federal General Revenue Sharing Fund in regards to the City <br />of Ramsey's Operational Budget for 1983. Enclosure (D2-b) contains the <br />proposed uses that the Council Budget Subcommittee recommended. This <br />enclosure has been published in the City's official newspaper as required <br />by law. <br /> <br />Exhibit #1 contains the Council Budget Committee's proposed 1983 City <br />Operational Budget for your review and action. <br /> <br />Council Action: No Council action is required at this meeting. However, <br />you should fully discuss the use of revenue sharing funds as recommended <br />by the Budget Committee.
