I <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />A~O~CA COUNTY <br /> <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> <br />The Anoka County Board will hold a public meeting on October 12, 1982, <br />at 10:00 A.M. in the Anoka County Board Room at the Courthouse in Anoka, <br />Minnesota, to discuss the proposal of Minnesota Pipe Line Company for <br />additional pipeline construction in the townships of Burns and Ham Lake <br />in Anoka County. The construction within the County will be approximately <br />five miles in length, and will lie adjacent to the existing pipeline. <br /> <br />The route of the pipeline in Anoka County will_run from the Sherburne <br />County line in northwestern Anoka County and Section 6 of Burns Township <br />to the Minnesota Pipe Line existing pumping station, a distance of <br />approximately 1/2 mile. <br /> <br />The route of the remaining 4.5 miles of pipeline will continue in Burns <br />Township continuing in a southeasterly direction from the pumping <br />station and located in Sections 6, 7, 8, 15, 16, 22, and 23. <br /> <br />If an alternate route is selected, it will run parallel to the existing <br />pipeline in Ham Lake Township through Sections 2, 22, 25, 26, 27 and 36. <br /> <br />Any persons interested in commenting on the proposed pipeline construction <br />may do so. <br /> <br />The agenda for the public meeting is as follows: <br /> <br />Members of Minnesota Pipe Line Compan~ will discuss the project and <br />be open for questions. <br /> <br />Members of state agencies authorized 'to issue permits required for' <br />construction or operation of the pipe line shall explain the <br />procedures for issuing permits and the manner in which the public <br />may participate in those procedures. <br /> <br />Members of the public will be allowed to present their views on the <br /> <br /> DALE F.
