I I I I I I I I I I I I I I A~O~CA COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE The Anoka County Board will hold a public meeting on October 12, 1982, at 10:00 A.M. in the Anoka County Board Room at the Courthouse in Anoka, Minnesota, to discuss the proposal of Minnesota Pipe Line Company for additional pipeline construction in the townships of Burns and Ham Lake in Anoka County. The construction within the County will be approximately five miles in length, and will lie adjacent to the existing pipeline. The route of the pipeline in Anoka County will_run from the Sherburne County line in northwestern Anoka County and Section 6 of Burns Township to the Minnesota Pipe Line existing pumping station, a distance of approximately 1/2 mile. The route of the remaining 4.5 miles of pipeline will continue in Burns Township continuing in a southeasterly direction from the pumping station and located in Sections 6, 7, 8, 15, 16, 22, and 23. If an alternate route is selected, it will run parallel to the existing pipeline in Ham Lake Township through Sections 2, 22, 25, 26, 27 and 36. Any persons interested in commenting on the proposed pipeline construction may do so. The agenda for the public meeting is as follows: Members of Minnesota Pipe Line Compan~ will discuss the project and be open for questions. Members of state agencies authorized 'to issue permits required for' construction or operation of the pipe line shall explain the procedures for issuing permits and the manner in which the public may participate in those procedures.
