I I I I I NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE RAMSEY CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: l) That the Ramsey City Council, City of Ramsey hereby authorizes partial payment to Buffalo Bituminous as per the City Engineer's letter dated August 18, ]982 for the following street projects in the following amounts: Project # Amount 82-2 $25,097.00 82-3 13,764.25 82-4 -0- 82-5 2,500.00 82-6 -O- 82-7 -0- 82-8 ll,978.25 82-9 20,]85.25 82-10 -0- Total $69,848.51 2) That the Ramsey City Council, City of Ramsey hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial pay- Hie n t. 3) That the tota] amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution #82-112 adopted by the Ramsey City Council on August 24, 1982, approving payment of the bills for the month of August. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a sign9d copy of tbs resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Cox and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: COuncilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox and the following voted against the same: None and the following member was absent: Mayor Gamec whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 24th day of August, 1982.
