Absent' Mayor Gamec. <br /> <br />Resolution to adopt Waste Management section of the Comprehensive Plan as <br />the Comprehensive Sewer Plan: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to adopt <br />Resolution #82-109 adopting the Waste Management section of the Comprehensive <br />Plan as the Sanitary Sewer Comprehensive Plan. Absent: Mayor Gamec. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox stated that a while back, Senator Durenburger addressed a <br />speech to the National Association of Counties, and that the press made it <br />sound like the Senator was against the President of the United States. <br />Councilmember Cox stated that he called Senator Durenburger and the Senator <br />sent a copy of said speech to Mr. Cox. Mr. Cox stated that he could find no <br />comments in the speech that were as reported in the Minneapolis Star. <br /> <br />c. Approval of Change Order to Construction Project #82-1: <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka stated that the plan has been changed so as not to require a <br />change order. <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka stated that regarding easements on 157th, one property owner is <br />requesting a valuation of $15,000/acre and City policy in the past has been <br />$10,O00/acre. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to adopt <br />Resolution #82-116 that Ramsey remain consistent with past City policy of <br />$10,O00/acre valuation and further if that is not accepted by property owner, <br />to proceed with condemnation.
