I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />-I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />TO: Mayor and City Councilmembers <br /> <br />FROM: City Administrator <br /> <br />RE: Board of Adjustment <br /> <br />Enclosure (D4-a) Information regarding Mr. John Anderly's request to construct <br /> an accessory building larger than allowed <br /> <br />CASE #1: <br /> <br />REQUEST TO CONSTRUCT AN ACCESSORY BUILDING LARGER THAN ALLOWED BY CITY <br /> <br />ORDINANCE; CASE OF MR. JOHN ANDERLY: <br /> <br />Mr. John Anderly of 16917 Bison Street NW is requesting authorization <br />to construct an accessory building of 864 square feet while City Ordinance <br />would restrict him to 624 square feet. Mr. Anderly has 1.89 acres of <br />property and is located on the south end of Bison Street NW. <br /> <br />The following items are hereby submitted as enclosure (D4-a) for your <br />consideration in this matter: <br /> <br />1) Application <br />2) Notice of public hearing <br />3) Property owners notified <br />4) Area location map <br />5) Building Official's letter to Mr. Anderly dated August 31, 1982 <br />6) Building Official's memo on his request <br /> <br />Council Action:' Your action in this matter will be to approve/disapprove <br />of the request. If you choose to approve the request, you may wish to <br />state for the record that the building is to be used for the storage of <br />the applicant's personal property and that no business will be allowed <br />to operate in the garage. <br /> <br /> <br />
