Bullock: <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> <br />We have zeviewed your request for the rez0ning of Lot 4, Block 3, <br />Rivers.ide West Addition and found the following: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />In order to comply with City Ordinance, a public hearing <br />regarding the matter has to be held by the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />The public hearing must be published in the paper and <br />adjacent property owners within 350 feet must be notified <br />10 days prior to the hearing. <br /> <br />In view of these requirements, there was not adequate time for this <br />issue to be legally addressed by the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />at their regular meeting on September' 7, 1982.
