D. Scott property and the parcel Mr. Melberg is going <br />to purchase from Mr. Scott. The parcel to be sold is three acres in size <br />which would leave Mr. Scott approximately 9.2 acres. While this is less <br />than 'Lhe 10 acre requirement, I don't feel this would pose a problem as <br />long as we require Mr. Melberg to incorporate the parcel to be purchased <br />wit~ his existing property so no additional parcels are created.
