Flintwood Hills 1st Addition: Drainage problem on this plat is to be resolved with the 2nd Addition. B. Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition: Developer is waiting for City sewer prior to finalizing plat. Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition: The developer is in the process ~f constructing the streets in Phase I of this plat. Class V gravel has been placed on the streets recently. Pondvale Estates: Action on extending the paving date on this project was tabled at the last council meeting. The developer was asked to get letters from the residents in the plat agreeing to an extension of time on the street paving. E. Meadowhrook Estates: The developer was granted another six-month extension for filing the plat at the April 27, 1982 council meeting. Hy-10 Ramsey: The developer was given another six-month extension for filing this plat at your August 24, 1982 council meeting. The street paving was completed in September, 1982. G. Ramsey commons: Final approval on this plat was granted at the August 24, 1982 council meeting. 1982 MSAS. P~oject: The paving of the base from Nowthen Boulevard to Quicksilver was..completed on October 15, 1982. The contractor is presently getting the street ready for curb and gutter and is planning on installing it October 20, 1982. The contractor, U.D. Contracting, has also indicated in a updated schedule that the entire project will be complete November 12, 1982 with the paving complete by October 29, 1982. ].982 Street Projects: Paving on the 1982 street projects has been completed with the exception of Bower's Drive. Bower's DriVe is scheduled to be paved next week. ~ 1-
